DEMOCRATIC POLITICAL ATTITUDE OF PEOPLE IN CHUMPHAE MUNICIPALITY, KHONKAEN PROVINCE

The objectives of this research were to (1) study the level of democratic political attitude of people in Chumphae Municipality, Khonkaen Province, and (2) compare democratic political attitude of people in Chumphae Municipality, Khonkaen Province, classified by sex, age, educational level, occupation and income per month. The samples of this research were 379 People in Chumphae Municipality, Khonkaen Province. The data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by the computer program. Statistics employed this research were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t- test, One- Way ANOVA.

The research results were findings revealed that the level of democratic political attitude of People in Chumphae Municipality, Khonkaen Province was high. The hypothesis testing founded that differences in level of education, occupation and income had different. However, gender and age had not different.

APPLICATION OF SOLITUDE (SANTUTTHI) PRINCIPLES IN DAILY LIFE OF PERSONAL OF LOEI RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY

This research aimed to (1) study the application of the solitude (santutthi) in daily life of personal of Loei Rajabhat University, and (2) compare the application of the principle of solitude in daily life of personal of Loei Rajabhat University, classified by sex, status, and educational level. The samples of this research were 254 personals of Loei Rajabhat University. The data were collected by questionnaire questionnaire with a confidence value of .98. Analyzed by the computer program. Statistics employed this research were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t- test, One- Way ANOVA.

The research result found that (1) the application of the solitude (santutthi) in daily life of personal of Loei Rajabhat University overall and each aspects were high level, When considering by each aspect, the mean was different and could be ranged from maximum to minimum as follows: Yathabala Santutthi (Contentment with what one gets and deserves to get), Yathalabha Santutthi (Contentment with what is within one’s capacity), and Yathasaruppa Santutthi (Contentment with what is benefitting) respectively. 2) In comparison, there were no statistically significant difference in application of Santutthi of personal of Loei Rajabhat University with different sex, status, and education level.

PUBLIC SATISFACTION WITH GOVERNMENT'S ASSISTANCE IN THE FLOOD IN MUAENG DISTRICT, LOEI

This research aimed to (1) study the public satisfaction with government’s assistance in the flood in Muaeng District, Loei Province, and (2) compare the public satisfaction with government’s assistance in the flood in Muaeng District, Loei Province, classified by sex, occupation, and educational level. The samples of this research were 384 people in Muaeng District, Loei Province. The data were collected by questionnaire questionnaire with a confidence value of .95. Analyzed by the computer program. Statistics employed this research were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t- test, One- Way ANOVA.

The research result found that (1) the public satisfaction with government’s assistance in the flood in Muaeng District, Loei Province overall and each aspects were high level. (2) In comparison, there were no statistically significant difference in the public satisfaction with government’s assistance in the flood in Muaeng District, Loei Province with different sex, occupation, and education level.

INTEGRATED ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION WITH IDDHIPADA OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER LOEI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

This research aimed to (1) study the integrated academic administration with Iddhipada of administrators under loei primary educational service area office 1, and (2) compare the integrated academic administration with Iddhipada of administrators under loei primary educational service area office 1, classified by status, and experience. The sample were school administrators and teachers 294 people.The research tool was a 5-level scales questionnaire with a confidence value of .99. The statistics used in this study were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One Way ANOVA (F-test) and Scheffe’ post hoc comparison.

The research result found that (1) the integrated academic administration with Iddhipada of administrators under loei primary educational service area office 1 overall and each aspects were highest level. (2) The result of comparing in the integrated academic administration with Iddhipada of administrators under loei primary educational service area office 1, classified by status, and experience found that to be not different.

THE STUDY OF STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER LOEI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

The objectives of research was to (1) The study of strategic leadership of school administrators under loei primary educational service area office 1, and (2) Compare strategic leadership of school administrators under loei primary educational service area office 1, classified by work experience and sizes of schools. The sample were school administrators and teachers 294 people.The research tool was a 5-level scales questionnaire with a confidence value of .922. The statistics used in this study were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One Way ANOVA (F-test) and Fisher’s least significant difference ( LSD ).

The results of the study revealed as follows: (1) In overall and each aspect, strategic leadership of school administrators under loei primary educational service area office 1 was in highest level,arranging in descending order; anticipating creating a future, revolutionary thinking, gathering multiple inputs to formulate strategy, high-level cognitive activity, and creating a vision. (2) Comparing strategic leadership of school administrators under loei primary educational service area office 1 work experience and sizes of schools, was found that administrators and teachers had statistically different opinion towards strategic leadership figure at .01.

Schools across the country are unable to manage school education but the school had to open a new way of teaching and learning as usual in various forms of teaching and learning management whether it is on-line, on-hand, on-air, on-demand or other formats as appropriate for the condition the availability of the school, teachers and students to provide students with quality in accordance with the school curriculum to the full potential of the students, teaching management in situations where teaching at school cannot be managed. Schools need to adjust their teaching methods to suit the readiness of the school, teachers and students by adhering to the principle “Schools stop studying at school, but all students must learn thoroughly, equitably and to their full potential.” So appropriate teaching and learning management in the era of COVID-19 there must be a change in learning style (Change Learning) by the management of teaching and learning can be accessed. of all students effectively and for teachers to succeed in learning management which will affect the quality of learners further
