The samples of this research were 379 People in Chumphae Municipality, Khonkaen Province. The data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by the computer program. Statistics employed this research were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t- test, One- Way ANOVA.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The research results were findings revealed that the level of democratic political attitude of People in Chumphae Municipality, Khonkaen Province was high. The samples of this research were 254 personals of Loei Rajabhat University. The data were collected by questionnaire questionnaire with a confidence value of .98. Analyzed by the computer program. The samples of this research were 384 people in Muaeng District, Loei Province. The data were collected by questionnaire questionnaire with a confidence value of .95. Analyzed by the computer program. Schools across the country are unable to manage school education but the school had to open a new way of teaching and learning as usual in various forms of teaching and learning management whether it is on-line, on-hand, on-air, on-demand or other formats as appropriate for the condition the availability of the school, teachers and students to provide students with quality in accordance with the school curriculum to the full potential of the students, teaching management in situations where teaching at school cannot be managed.
